Sure, a Scandinavian company will always have some part of Scandinavian cultural DNA, but the fact that Scandinavian countries in general aren't hugely bent on service quality doesn't mean we should just accept Scandinavian flight attendants doing their jobs disinterestedly or half-heartedly. I don't really, there are cultural differences in this world some come across well some don't. I understand that American culture has some traits I find pretty rude, so does other cultures, while sometimes an initial shock I can actually learn to understand them and understand they are not actually rude, just different. The world would be a sad place if we went to eliminate all of those.

There are plenty of things to complain about for the service on SK. But being Scandinavian in concept and culture is not one of them for me. Just as I in principle don't complain about my US crews or waiters being American in concept and culture, no matter how much it at times annoy me. But if they are busy browsing the Internet on their phone in the galley rather than responding to a customer request, that is neither American nor Scandinavian culture, that's just bad service.
