Hi, Not surprised to see how low BA ARE DROPPING I’ve been trying to contact Hi Life as they’ve charged me twice for an in flight food order fo my flight next week.
The telephone never gets answered and the email at support has been returned, how does anyone get to actually speak to the Hi Life team.
BA simply say I need to contact Hi Life but how if the never reply or return a call, do they really exist!! It’s so frustrating 😰
