Has LH enhanced the number of onboard/regular menu choices down from three to two on flights where preorder is available, or is it a display glitch on the current online menus? The menus I checked ex-FRA/MUC only have a beef goulash and vegetarian main on the regular menu, plus four preorder choices. If this isn’t a display glitch, I think the old balance of three and three is better for technologically averse or challenged pax, or those who can’t preorder for whatever IT reason.
...or for those who have other things to do and do not want to spend time managing their booking. Having to closely follow lounge privileges in outstations when being relegated to non-integrated carrier on LH ticket already takes too much time.
