Yup, I wasn't sure they would actually honor it, but it arrived yesterday and I'm in the process of loading the local maps into memory.
There were two listings for the Garmin 2610 the day I posted - one at the $649 price, one at $349 - same Garmin S/N, different ECost part #. I couldn't see a difference, even called up a buddy who used to work at BestBuy to check it out in case I was reading something wrong. He couldn't see a difference, and agreed that the price was incredible, so I placed the order.
I looked again the next day and they were gone at that price. Not sure if it was a mistake or they just had a cheap shipment in. I'm assuming that it's the latter since they didn't cancel the order.
The unit was new, in the original shrink wrap, etc, so I'm pretty sure it's not a return or a recondition. There are a couple of minor places where the device differs from the manual (like how to set the HOME waypoint), so it's possible this is an earlier or later version. As I mentioned, the Garmin part numbers were identical, so I'm not sure how you'd know if this was the case.
Sorry you missed it - you might want to check back from time to time in case it comes up again.
