I was targeted in January in that I had an offer available on the website (my account summary page) to upgrade to Arrival Premier. Straight upgrade, no bonus. Nothing about an upgrade offer on the app, no email. I did not choose to upgrade and the offer disappeared from the website in early February. No sign of it since. Not sure exactly what Barclays is going for.
