With all staff on cheaper contracts that were torn up and replaced a few years ago due to costs by previous management, with inflation in the last two years having eaten into everyone’s pockets, where’s the incentive to work hard for very little? This comes from the top, if staff don’t feel valued or appreciated then work ethics decline.
