If you get a survey for feedback, would be good to comment that the bread was served cold instead of warmed in the galley bread warmer bin. Most of the wide bodies have a warmer area that is specifically for the bread... or if nor (or of its inop) better crews will warm the bread in the ovens while they are preparing meals/trays.
