Yup, A321neo, 757-200 and 737-8 are the only 3 narrobody fleet types you are guaranteed seatback, MAX 9 your chances are pretty high (but not 100%). Rest of the narrowbody fleet aside from the 737-700 and 757-300 is up to luck.
