Can I use multiple travel credits?
Yes, you can use multiple credits of the same type in a single purchase. Future flight credits and travel certificates cannot be combined.
If the company has sent emails showing a specific expiration date, and your online wallet shows the same expiration date, don't see how an invisible, secret, internal different expiration date can bind the customer, such the company can offer a "goodwill" gesture of only half the amount promised. Especially when the consumer relied upon the company's representation to that effect, to the customer's loss. Seems like this must be confusing to both consumers and CSRs.
I have been able to call and combine an ETC, add to that a FFC and a RFC. Interestingly, using a small part on ETC and then taking a large RFC is now handled in the agents automatic payment process and in the end an ETC with the expiry date of the RFC is issued for the balance. Sweet !!
