was on DXB-EWR 2 months ago, had to ask, and was only 4 sets on for a full flight. I asked as soon as we boarded, so got it thankfully. PAX across aisle from me did not, they weren't happy. But I've learned over the years to always take my own moving forward. Especially since they are restricted to ULH now.
