You don't have to frame this as a compensation request. Relay your experience concisely including date and flight number and ask that it be shared with the appropriate team leaders.
I sent in the complaint. Lets see what happens. What is ridiculous is my friends who took a later UA flight that afternoon were provided with PJs proactively so its really this crew who took it upon themselves to withhold from passengers. Sadly rest of the service was about as expected after that poor experience. UA service will always be inconsistent, but wish they could be consistent with providing PJs at least.
