Tucked away on a quiet street in San Juan City, this isn’t your typical steakhouse—it’s an elegant yet approachable spot.
This was a good place to meet up a striking a good balance of sophistication and comfort, making it just as ideal for a date night as it is for a friendly catch-up which is what we were doing.

When we visited for a school friends’ dinner (with spouses in tow), I’ll admit, I got so lost in conversation that I barely clocked what we ordered—though I do recall the other diners being absolute pros at selecting items from the menu.

Beef Salpicao is prepared table-side
The Salpicao is served with bits of crunchy bicho-bicho that you can use to scoop up the garlic (and garlicky oil) for maximum flavour.

The steak was deliciousParking, however, is a bit of a squeeze, so here’s a tip: if the small lot fills up, head next door to Guevarra’s for much easier parking. They will apparently let you park there as well.
