Never mind, TK just canceled their segments and in a desperation to save the booking I just accepted my faith to not lose it all (its an old *A-award booking through SAS Eurobouns, so no changes can be made from SAS end). So got rebooked to ARN-ZRH-PVG with LX. Gives me a whole day in Shanghai, which can be fun instead of my 15h which was just gonna be sleeping at the hotel more or less.

Sweden is not part of the Unilateral Visa Exemption, but we have visa-free transit 24h/210h. The reason why I wonder was if I flew in from HND to PVG and then had PVG-ICN-NRT that it could be an issue, since I'm going "back" to Japan, but technically I am transferring to a third country first (South Korea) so it should be ok.
