I think you'll be at T5 security no later than 7:20pm assuming an on-time arrival. Pre-check is scheduled to stay open until 10pm at T5 it looks like, but that can always change and I would assume the terminal isn't overly crowded (even if there are some late-evening Caribbean departures). So plenty of flex for any inbound delays.
