Really? Usually the stairs/esclators from the bus gates end up at the A corridor at the corner of the LH lounge and not in duty free. I cannot remember just once being forced through duty free for transit in FRA.
For Schengen Bus Arrivals you either end up here (Bus arrivals Schengen West):
no need to “visit” the duty free.
or here (Bus Arrivals Schengen East):
Also no need to pass through Duty Free.
For non-Schengen arrivals similar. FRA does not force you through Duty free for transit.
