There's no such thing as BB Serve. However, Serve and BB limits are separate, but Amex/Visa Serve and Amex/Visa BB are combined. So, your total limit is $200k/player/year.
I imagine that if you loaded $200k and left it with Amex, they would be happy as clams except..........uh oh!! Loading non-traceable funds such as GCs would probably get you shuttered in a matter of weeks, if not days.
OTOH, loading with traceable funds and leaving it there. No problema
(and somewhere in this space will come the: "But I have been loading $100000 a year for the past 5 years using GCs and pushing it to "x" account the next day without issues.")
