I occasionally get offers on it that seem to come from Hilton end, like ‘add an authorized user and get 20K bonus points when they spend on their card’ Got an encouragement a few weeks back on the Hilton end up upgrade the card but no upgrade offer was attached. So it was noted then I moved on.

Got the second ‘upgrade your card’ offer from the Hilton side yesterday and I bit- it came with a unique code I had to enter when I clicked through and entered info on it for Am/Ex. I’ve never seen an upgrade offer pop up when I just went a straight into my AmEx account.
This is interesting as my wife has an old no fee Hilton card and we were hoping for an upgrade offer as we plan to upgrade it anyway for the status and free night cert.
