You cannot link PNRs even when they are on the same carrier, let alone on two different ones.

You could ask for your bag to be checked through, but chances are low. You didn't tell us your origin airport, this might impact the probability. Also, be aware that you'll need to clear passport control in AMS twice to recheck the bags to your MU flight.
