I asked for the multiplier repeatly in the call, teasing them in the sense of 'you award 4-6 miles per Euro spent, so what will the burn ration be? 10x? ' but they wouldn't budge. They did stress that will be less than the miles & cash ratio and sometimes below the published award chart.

Evouchers and mileage upgrades stay the same. Infact that will become a killer redemption so I suspect they will enhance the mileage upgrade soon

The chart is for redemptions outside of LH/LX/OS/VL. If any of these in included in the intenary the most significant carrier applies.
