Noel is flat out wrong. For a reward booking, as long as you cancel more than 24 hours before the flight you will get everything back minus a £35 per person cancellation fee. Nothing has changed.

Often it will provide a quote online, but sometimes it won't and it will go down the manual route. So you agree and add your details, and someone will calculate the refund to refund it. The manual process usually takes a few weeks. You can call as well to cancel.
