Thank you for the information. Unfortunately, when the end user, for years, is constantly receiving the photo below, it’s hard to get excited for what may be. Fleet conditions, interiors specifically, especially the A380 is a constant pain. Yet again, on today’s flight 269 LHR-LAX I’ve been reseated from 53A to 10K. The inconsistencies in the entire operation are why I have booked my EU travel next Quarter via AA nonstop flights to MAD and FCO. AA is just more consistent. While not better than BA, I need consistency and reliability, something BA can not provide.
