What a nightmare trying to deal with TP/Avios from FJ flights. Not a single flight posted automatically after 10+ days. I submitted retro credit requests. Results:

For me:
- PNR #1: 4/4 credited
- PNR #2: 0/1 credited
- PNR #3: 0/2 credited
For my wife (who was on the same PNRs):
- PNR #1: 4/4 credited
- PNR #2: 1/1 credited
- PNR #3: 1/2 credited

We're now over a month since I submitted the retro credit requests, so I presume I'm going to have to write in again. The vast majority of the value was in PNR #1, so that's good. The remaining TP and Avios is pretty small, so it's debatable whether it's worth it; I'm almost pursuing it out of spite at this point.
