Has anyone flown from IAD to DCA?

Pax on last Saturday (Feb 22)'s flight did. Scheduled flight was SFO to DCA, but it was diverted to IAD.

42 minutes departure taxi at IAD
13 minutes actual flying
2 minutes arrival taxi to DCA gate
