Came upon this thread when searching how to transfer Hawaiian to Alaska. Since Alaska counts any earning / redeeming as activity to keep account active, how can an AS account has recent redemption would be inactive? Or, there is an unpublished flag that in order to be able to transfer, the AS account must have earning activities to allow the transfer benefit? Just sayin.
