Question Advice between 3 Ryokans

Hey there! Thank you so much for making this wonderful and helpful forum. I'm messaging because I have an upcoming trip to Japan in Early April and will be traveling between Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka with my partner. We definitely want to do one night at a Ryokan and have our eyes on three at the moment with available rooms. The Ryokans are Hakone Gora Byakudan (Japan Style Room and Twin Room), Yoshimatsu (Luxury Suite with Mt Fuji View), Bessho Sasa Hotel (The Fukuchi Superior Mt Fuji View Japan Style Suite), and the Hotel Kaneyamaen (Sanri-Suite with the Mt Fuji View Japan style). I know the last two are part of the same larger hotel. All are so lovely and I assume I could not go wrong between these three. Each of the rooms available to me are suites with private onsens which was one of our requirements in addition to half board meals (breakfast and dinner). I'm curious if anyone can speak to what they may have heard or personally experienced in these ryokans that may serve as a useful insight about any of these three ryokans pertaining to their quality, the meals, the environment, ect. Food is our priority for sure followed by having a comfortable traditional feel. Many thanks in advance and I hope to hear from you soon!

Cheers!
