For me, as long as the person reclines slowly and doesn't just slam the seat into reverse, I have no problem with the person in front of me using the full recline. Reclining is part of what you pay for.
I was responding to the bolded part.
"The biggest downside to me is the seatbacks actually recline a good ways (unlike the hard shell New F seats), so if the pax in front of you does full recline it cuts way into your space."

The hard shell New F seats do recline and I believe just as much as the original "new first seats" on the A319/320. Too many new firsts
