I too have always had great stays at this property unit I didn't on the last stay
First mistake I booked last minute day of travel on the same night.
The folks that typically see to my room allocation
didn't see my booking as they were gone for the day and I received a smelly stinker of a room
in the back of the hotel not the main building
Day of check out a lot of back and forth about being taxed on my bill on an award night
in Euros check out day.I gave in rather than embarrass myself in front of others and let
Hyatt handle it upon my return which they did to their credit.
Still I'd go back as I assume this was just a one off as I have had to many wonderful stays
here and admire a number of those work or previously worked there.
Indeed breakfast has been a strong point here and far above all Amsterdam standards in hotels
Dinner a very mixed bag
