I had a 2 night stay here in January, this property has long been on my bucket list of properties to stay, and I can say I was just about 100% satisfied with the stay.
I booked an eligible room to use my club upgrades which I thought was pretty reasonable that included a Victoria Harbour view, upgraded from city view base room. I arrived on an evening flight at HKG, took airport express, and began the multi-escalator walk within the station/mall. After about 10 minutes I arrived at the main lobby, and was directed to the club lounge for check in. The evening presentation was just finishing up and having not eaten much of my second meal on my inbound flight, I was starving. Within a minute I was offered a glass of champagne, and fixed myself a plate while the club agent was processing my check in. This would set the tone for my entire stay. I worked in the lounge late, enjoying champagne then the wine machines that are available 24/7.
View from my room on 112th floor was pretty spectacular throughout the day and night. I did find the lighting controls to be a bit frustrating and aging, but AC worked very well, and room also featured an Apple TV which is always a nice feature. I did find the shower small and an awkward size. Bed of course was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast spread in the club was impressive with both western and Asian offerings. Live action station had various things from omelets to noodles most mornings, and my request to avoid shellfish and seafood was noted at check-in and seemingly automatically and mentioned by most staff members while I was in the lounge. Afternoon and evening spreads were rotating, with various western and Asian offerings.
I can't speak highly enough of this property, and I'm glad I finally checked it off my list, and while I don't anticipate visiting Hong Kong much in the future, when I do, this property will be top of my list to stay again.
