- Nope, why would anyone do that? I suggest Yelp! or Expedia reviews if you would like to do that before booking.

- Nope, I always encourage folks to give it a few tries of self resolution But if going no where and there is a Corporate Resolution unit at the company - to reach out to them as most have a mailbox that receives messages forwarded straight from the BBB. The BBB only forwards messages to the company - but they have the right address, I can tell you that. My resolution came super fast and during the evening on a Saturday - the lady was so nice and obviously working off hours - I told her it could wait but she insisted on helping. There are good peeps out there for sure.
