I booked a ticket on AC website. On the payment page, I entered my e-coupon number and pin number, then click credit card.
They charged the full amount to my credit card. Nothing from e-coupon. I think they should deduct from the e-coupon first, then the balance to credit card.
Do you know why? Anyone had this kind of experience?
