Hope so. I'm about to book F flights SFO-JFK, my favorite route. After checking the flight options, the number of miles needed to go to the F cabin, over the economy cabin, is in the range of 3.2 - 3.75 times the economy requirement. Checked a number of times and route options. So, before I book, I'd be glad to know if AS will be awarding eqm with the 50% bonus on credit for first class travel, in the new mileage plan reward system. Again, hope they do, but if they don't it will affect how I book and fly.
and if I redeemed a 175k ticket for a coach seat from sea-dub-LHR, should I get 1.75x the miles? I think 1:1 is pretty generous.
btw, I would never do this but that’s what I saw pop up yesterday for a ticket in November 2025
