Just had my first transatlantic trip to EWR a few days ago on 321LR. Overall, it was a good experience—I didn't notice much difference compared to flying the a330. I'll probably skip priority boarding on the way back.
On full flights overhead bin space might be an issue with several passengers bag from economy stored in business class cabin.

The business class cabin was full , the sole crew member looking after business class was fantastic
