Unfortunately, I had a 45 minute wait tonight at 7:30p on a Sunday. Tortuously I could see 5-6 unoccupied seats. Always extra frustrating when you can see empty seats at the bar and on the rail across from the airstream.
I also think the food out of the airstream is sub-par. The wraps are always soggy and I've never had a breakfast taco not break.
That part of seeing unoccupied seats would annoy the h*ll out of me. Also, they are still accepting non-chase PP, even if it means a longer wait for them, so it is having an effect on Chase PP wait times. This is one of those times I wish I had the raw data of waitlist times for both as I could probably estimate how much non-Chase PP holders are impacting the Chase ones. I still have a feeling that this lounge will be excluded from the free annual PP visit first - it's simply way too small to do it, plus it sounds fairly unanimous that it's the worst Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club in the system, so the argument could be made that they don't want a non-Chase PP holder to have this one be the one they experience.
