Also, they need to review the lounge layout and nix some of the non-seating benefits, like the foosball table and the food truck. Whoever decided that an oversized bar should have gone in that space is an idiot, full stop, as that isn't something they can easily shrink down. Any other seating should be reviewed. I haven't been yet, but right now the lounge has a 2.2 rating on Google and it's easy to see why - Chase has a small footprint here and decided to prioritize aesthetics over the number of seats. It works well somewhere like PHL with a 20k sq ft lounge, but not a space 1/6th size in a large hub airport.
The way they have it now is unsustainable
The lounge already is prioritizing CSR card holders over PP. On past trips, I've gotten in within 10 minutes whereas PP was 4x that.
Unfortunately, I had a 45 minute wait tonight at 7:30p on a Sunday. Tortuously I could see 5-6 unoccupied seats. Always extra frustrating when you can see empty seats at the bar and on the rail across from the airstream.
I also think the food out of the airstream is sub-par. The wraps are always soggy and I've never had a breakfast taco not break.
