If your inbound flight is on time or early then that’s plenty (for OP with 3 hour transit). 2 hour transit is doable but will feel more rushed and no chance for lounge hopping IMO. Also, if you arrive on a flight that doesn’t need to be rescreened they just let you back into the terminal which saves time (this happens for my JFK-DOH flights which is a tremendous help because I’m typically booking 2-2.5 hour connection). Even if you do need to be rescreened, First and Business passengers have a special line and it typically moves quickly, adds maybe 10-15 mins to the whole process.
