BA168 PVG-LHR First menu in February

It seemed quite weak in terms of food, the pulled duck patty was better than the chicken roulade I had for main. The soy braised beef starter was quite good, and I got lucky that I could try the poached prawns, which were delicious!

Also a dumpling for amuse bouche is an interesting choice...
