On the former point, I haven't seen options (or missed them) at OCLI for entering two ff#s into FQTV/FQTS fields. I have only seen Lounge staff manipulating their system. Perhaps indeed this is now possible via the web interface? I just can't recall this only 2 weeks ago when using the app for OLCI for BKK-SIN....
as an expansion of this question, can a phone agent do this in advance (FQTV vs. FQTS entries).
Furthermore, can they differentiate this by segment. For example, I’ll be on an itinerary soon where segment 1 is Scoot, so I’ll want to credit to SQ, but then be doing a TPAC on SQ, which I will credit to my UA account (but yes, want access to wifi via SQ account).
