the Silverkris Lounge in T3 is the best one but it can get very busy especially in the evenings, sometimes I schlepp over to Silverkris in T2 if I just want a shower.

No experience in the KF Gold and SATS lounges, but with all the reviews available online that indicate that the T3 SK lounge is still the best.
