They (VS) won't have it. You need to contact 6E. The LCC/FSC interface is very clunky, because FSC for historic reasons use systems that have tickets and bookings separate (so an etkt and a PNR in different databases) whereas an LCC has an order in one database. So all sorts of bridging fudges need to happen - i.e. ISTR Indigo uses the Amadeus 'e-ticket server' to deal with FSC, and of course VS are on the Delta system. Plus, if your booking was from a GDS, that's another layer.
