After the revamp you need to sign in with your EY Guest account and it is in the LH menu Loyalty > Redeem Miles then scroll down a bit

If you search from this link https://www.etihad.com/en-ae/etihadg...fly-with-miles you can check it out for your preferred dates.

I found some 70,000 miles Guest Seat availability on many flights which indicated an upgrade is possible from Y to J with miles - but not guaranteed.
