With regards to a room, I like Mission Pacific over Seabird for the easier access to the rooftop lounge, but I would honestly stay at whichever is cheaper.

Regarding parking, Oceanside Transit Center technically allows overnight parking but a permit is required. There’s a phone number here for inquiries. The transit center is a reasonably close walk. If you learn anything calling about the permit, please post here what you find!
