Just off AF368 to SEA. Granola must be something new in France as it appeared in a dessert in a Paris bistro and then in the amuse bouche onboard.
Cod was good though a bit overcooked, and I swear some of the accompaniments were missing. Wife said the pork loin was good though all the vegetables were pureed (a trend we noticed this week, in bib gourmand bistros at that).
All the veg in the chicken 2nd meal were missing and substituted with potatoes. One of them was the grilled buckwheat. Maybe all used up for short-medium haul catering.
