I really miss the Horton era at AA. It was the Smisek era at UA, and as a 1K, I fled, to find a much better environment on AA, a premium drive, and a great AAdvantage program that cared about its elites on Suzanne Robinson. Then Discount Dougie took over and it was all downhill. I did not receive a PDB on any of my 4 flights this week in Domestic F, nor did I have my coat hung on any of them. 2 of the flights were on an LAA A319, so there was at least a PTV on 2 of those flights, but this management has put zero maintenance into the systems on these aircraft and is planning on ripping them out soon, so they often freeze and crash. The food in Admiral's Clubs is embarrassing. The food onboard is better than UA's for sure. Haven't flown DL post-covid to compare, since SkyPesos continues to remain worthless.

I truly hope there is a premium drive at AA as Isom claims, but I'm not holding my breath.
