I would take the partners in that last quote to include Binter, Level and Vueling, not Aer Lingus. Ultimately no-one here knows for certain, my suspicion is that it will be processed via AA and then presented to IB for crediting as an AA flight, but that's not certain, and if for any reason it's a retro-claim then I can see it going badly.
