EI and non-OW codeshare partners do not earn EP on IB right now (Binter, Vueling, and LEVEL are the existing exceptions). Granted the wording is not 100% clear especially on IB codeshares, but I would be shocked if this changed to allow EP accrual on IB codeshare EI/LatAm/Avianca flights.

And especially shocked on AA/BA codeshare flights op'd by these non-OW partners.
