Yes! I met the branch director on Wednesday and I'm meeting them again next Monday.
I have some updates but nothing too ground breaking for now, what I have found out so far is:
- They can make exceptions on the Unlimited private banking card, as long as your income is over 100k/year, but it's on an approval basis. No branch directors can offer the card, they have to request a private banker to "take" the client and request the card if you have investment products with Santander.
- They are completely REVAMPING the "Santander Select" accounts, there will be two models for these accounts, a) You have 100.000 EUR with Santander, and/or you get a net payroll of 3.000€. b) There will be a subscription model to access this type of account with a TBD price.
-- Santander Select members will have new benefits starting April, there are no official confirmed details (that's why I'm meeting Monday again at the main branch for the Atlantic axis in Spain) and traveling to Madrid on Saturday. The official information is: "The financial offer is completed with exclusive non-financial services at no cost to the client and his family, including five uses per year in the VIP lounges at airports, fast-track or other VIP services, such as airport pick-up, or 5 hours of handyman or chef at home, beauty and health services, as well as unlimited use of the administrative management and 24-hour assistance service." And new credit card options.

I will be moving a couple of thousands into their investment offerings on Monday just in case I can get some extra kudos internally, they have some decent no-risk offerings yielding 6.5% /y for Select clients.
