SYW point offers can be much higher than statement credit offers. I usually only get $30, $75, or $100 statement credit offers for online spend but get 200k or 250k SYW offers for same spend amount. I’d much rather have a $200 or $250 VGC than $75 or $100 statement credit.
I like that the $200 SYW VGC can be added to Google Pay.
Unfortunately, Google Pay cannot split tender. I have $2.12 remaining.
I should have not let it get down that low; otherwise I would be able to refill my Amazon gift card balance with it.
