Was pleasantly surprised at the service. Very engaging, attentive crew. Always refilling empty glasses and fast service. Unfortunately, I didn’t get my first choice of halibut & crab as they only loaded two. Disappointing - I always wonder why pre-ordering isn’t a thing when other airlines do it? Overall, a great flight!

I always feel like BA does breakfast terribly when it comes to choice. It’s always a “Full British” or omelette. Wish they did something like smoked salmon & eggs.
