Am in the same situation, next flight available is on Monday. Stuck for a while and was told we can be reimbursed for hotels as I understand from EU261's duty of care, since am departing Austria. Anyone had any prior experience as to how long after that we can get this reimbursement? I've read some posts saying it can be quite a hassle to get TK to reimburse even for such "duty of care".
