I presume you are talking about the $7.95 fee cards. I believe that these are limited to $99/swipe at the CSC but if you have a WM where you can load at the cashier, I believe you can do the full $200 in one swipe.
The fly in the ointment is that many WMs refuse to let their cashiers load debit cards.
So go try again with a $99 swipe and let us know how you did. BTW, you may want the first time to do a single swipe. Many CSC employees are trained to root out MLing activities
when people do more than one swipe by asking to see the card you are using. Just a heads up
